The traditional restaurant Nawab was amazing, great food great atmosphere and friendly staff. The room and door staff were pleasant and personable. I requested a room change due being next to a stairwell with constant banging doors, which the staff handled with no drama.

Under 30 minutes from the airport, but at least half the price of similar hotels in aerocity. The location is decent, although the proximity of the Metro/Train makes it very busy. This also means there's lot of auto rickshaws available in the area for quick and cheap hop to a nearby place. And all-day presence of the multiple police patrol vehicles just steps from the door makes you feel safe. A word of caution: If you are visiting Delhi as a tourist, and/or intend on visiting tourist spots, almost everything is quite far. You'd be better served by just renting hotels rooms close to where you intend to visit.

Room more than adequate and spacious, Breakfast was adequate for size of Hotel and were never Hungry, No Alcohol Available at Hotel. Main Confusion is its location and Hotel Address as is set of Main Road end of a cul de sac behind fencing. without Google Maps or Uber Maps difficult to locate and constantly have to remember Air By Ahuja and Not Just Ahuja.

I experienced the fastest check-in ever AIR by Ahuja Residences. It took literally 1 minute at the reception and we had the key to our room in our hands. Given that we arrived to the hotel at 1:30am, this was highly appreciated. Hotel feels to be very silent by default. Not sure if it was because I stayed there for the first time, but they upgraded my room to higher level for free. Great price for value.

The hotel is located 15 to 30 minutes taxi ride from the airport and walking distance from a metro station. I believe there's also a mainline railway station but we didn't use it. An excellent choice to avoid the chaos and tourist traps of New Delhi. The added bonus is that it's south of the city so it is easier to get to Agra and Jaipur by car., I would describe the hotel as professional and they tend to cater for business travellers. The rooms were clean and modern with a quiet air conditioner. It is near a main road but the sound proofing works well. Unusually for booking.com the default option is half board and both the breakfast and dinner were a buffet with lots of good choices. We enjoyed the food and the service. The gym is excellent and empty when I used it. There's a rooftop seating area.

Great place from hustle bustle of Delhi, just 20 mins from Airport in clean and tidy city. Our place was amazing and front staff was fantastic. Restaurant staff was great too and food was amazing , especially Nilesh and other guy. Room was hi-tech with alexa and few cool switches. Will definitely comeback again.

The breakfast menu was satisfactory, and the property was well-maintained with ample parking and friendly staff. Additionally, the location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in during my 3 weeks in India. The staff is reactive and friendly, the food is good but most importantly the hotel is like a calm oasis - the atmosphere is relaxing and the air is purified (which was why I booked a room here in the first place given the crazy outdoor pollution). The room was comfortable and even had a work desk. I really appreciated the eco friendly approach!

Hotel reception and staff are quite supportful. The room is clean and comfortable. There are useful meeting room with IT person. Location is near the shopping center. If you need more mineral water, please contact to reception who will submit the further bottle by free.

The whole staff is so warm and always pending for anything you need. We stayed for a whole week and enjoyed every morning's breakfast buffet—it always had fruits, muesli, and curd available, plus five other cooked plates and dosa on order. The metro station is just at the corner, so it was easy for us to move, and the neighborhood feels safe.
